More Snapdragons

Love the colour combination and nice to have dwarf ones would look good in a rockery setting ;0)

I hope they seed themselves, Pp. They were easy to grow, though.

I love these... am currently trying to grow Antirrhinums from seed like I did once before, but don't know how they are going to go.

Well so far I have had three come up, let's hope they survive!

Don't know... lol. They are still very small - only two cotyledons.... and they get roughly watered (not by me - I'm more careful than that!)... plus there is the fact that I had such a poor germination rate this time round on all my seeds that I planted. I'm thinking of planting another lot.

Did the packet have lots of seeds, or only a few? My 'Butterfly' packets only had about 20 seeds in, but the dwarf ones had I think 150+.

My packet had 1500 seeds, Spritz! But they are so small... I sort of had to dump about three at a time into any given hole just to be sure of actually getting some in the hole. lol.

LOL. Try adding some to dry silver sand, Pip - then you can sprinkle them onto a seed tray really easily, and also see where they are! Magic. :-)))

I have heard of that sort of thing - 'visibility powders'... but have yet to see some in my local garden centre...

Noooo - I don't think so, M. Maybe I just haven't noticed? I do have a lot of bee-friendly plants in the garden, so possibly they prefer those...I'll have to watch, now you've said that! ;-)

Pip - look for silver sand instead. That works well, and I hope you can find some.

Nope - I've posted a photo of some cream ones which are still in flower.
