Spritz, it looks like yours has more ray flowers than Dottydaisy's 'Lady in Black', if that's any help.

I think I'll leave it as labelled. My book has a photo which is like it, too. I do have 'Lady in Black' as well - and it looks nothing like this!

Beautiful Barbara, my garden has closed down for the winter and most plants are brown. Luckily I have a lot of structural evergreens, but your Asters are still flowering as if it was mid -summer.
