It's such a bright little thing.

They're about 50-70mm across, Bernieh - yes, lovely and bright especially when the sun's shining which it's not doing much at the moment.

Not so little then! Hope the sun shines for you soon. That's all we get for most of the year here - we boast an average of around 320 days of sunshine! (unless we get a wet season - which we did at the beginning of this year, so not quite so many sunny days this year).

Thanks, Terra - I just climbed past the rambling rose, over the geranium, past the paeonia and I was there.

Sounds like an expedition to me, Wagger, but certainly worth it - lovely photo :)

What else?

See who else is growing Centaurea macrocephala (Great Golden Knapweed).

See who else has plants in genus Centaurea.

This photo is of "Centaurea macrocephala" in Wagger's garden
