Love this plant even though its gone a bit wild this year, over 6ft tall and covered in bees today :-))

Now I do remember sending you seed of this Dawn as I had loads, it's likes it a bit too much here and keeps seeding everywhere, it has such a huge tap root that if you don't get them out when they're small there's no chance, think I may have to resort to a bit of roundup when they've flowered to get rid of a few :-)

Aint it weird Kathy how they can seed freely and yet sometimes when growing in seed trays they're not so happy.

Thats so true Dawn, that Inula Racemosa is another prime example only got 2 plants when I grew it from seed yet it seeds everywhere in the garden, another thats a b***** to get out :-))

I love the way these flowers dance in the breeze and when bees land on them. :-)

See who else is growing Cephalaria gigantea (Giant scabious).
See who else has plants in genus Cephalaria.
