Amy thats beautiful.......at the local park here they have a peach coloured one, and its also gorgeous and Im still playing with the idea of getting one....but where to plant it........lol

Thank you 6p , you will find a gap Milky , you can hack them about / chop them to size make them fit the size you want they don't mind , they can be as big or small as you like :o))

Isn't that strange Dd your Japonica is finished before mine but your Pulsatilla is behind, I suppose a lot depends on their positions in the garden and the shelter they have !

That is true Amy where the Pulsatilla is, the soil is very different, wet and fairly heavy, the garden although small the soil varies from clay, to free draining and light, and acid at the top of the garden......it does mean we can grow a wide range of plants.

I have seen them used as hedges Janey it's a lovely idea and works well ... Thanks Marguerite spring at last ! it's been such a long winter .. :o)
