Can't really say that mine is flowering properly yet. There are lots of buds but only two flowers opening. Still it's nice to see that it has started. I think it wll be sorry because as I sit here the sky has gone very dark and it looks as though we are in for a lot of rain.

Mine has just survived a heavy rainstorm.
I've just been down the garden to check.
Lots of buds, which is better than last year, when it surprisingly had no buds at all. Seemed to take a 'rest year'.
But the buds are far behind yours. Not yet open.
I wonder if other members have flowers on theirs yet.
I would prefer mine to flower a bit later when hopefully the weather is better !

Nice to see as ours looking very sorry for itself - really didnt enjoy frosts and ice yet other plants not known for their hardiness doing ok.

Mine is on a west facing fence, and despite the frost and snow seems to be doing alright. This year it has a lot more buds than last.
Thanks everyone for you nice comments.

It was just openng at the time. It and many more are now fully open and are scented. The greenish tint has also gone and the flowers are pure white.
