Shell pink Hyacinths

Janey

By Janey

Shell pink Hyacinths (Hyacinthus orientalis (Hyacinth))

These 3 Hyacinths have been really lovely, bought from Morrisons for just £1.25, each one has a perfect bloom and the scent, well, you know what the scent is like!!

These are my all time Spring flowers.
I put all mine in the garden when they have finished flowering and the following years they bloom prolifically.
Hope Ian is doing well x x

They do Val, especially the blue ones, they're the strongest of all aren't they, I have quite a few myself that pop up here and there, and always a surprise!
Thanks Val, he's doing fine at the moment, has been baking bread this week....:o))

Thank you Pimpernel!

Yes the blue are always the strongest, growth and scent, they must be the original colour, like blue-bells.

Mine only took about 10 days Hb, from the small nub to flowering, incredible! Mine are outside now, still fine, I couldn't stand the scent after a while...Lol! So yes, an amazing scent Dd and Moti, as long as they're in the garden....:o)))
