My one hydrangea. (Hydrangea macrophylla (Hortensia))

I planted it out a few weeks back, it was struggling in its pot.
It's not flowering so well, but, I think it'll be rejuvenated next year!

Thank you Shirley and Chris, it was a blue one to start with. However, unable to keep the blue colour, but, I’m pretty chuffed with the colour it is now. Yes, hopefully it’ll spring back next year now it’s planted in the ground..

Kate, my advice would be to keep it well watered in this hot weather. I am using my 'grey water' from the washing up on my two ... :o)

Keep it in the shade too Kate and as Shirley said, keep it well watered!
I also use a feed with iron tonic in it to help suffering hydrangeas.
I love the colour of this one.

Thank you, Shirley, I took your advice from today as it’s under the canopy of a large juniper ‘tree’.
One of my friends has a ‘pump’ system from her bathtub! It pumps the water out into a water but of sorts.. :-D

Thanks Rose, that’s kind. I have it planted under the ‘shade’ of a canopied juniper. It receives partial sun later in the afternoon. Thank you for the tips too! Much appreciate advice from you and Shirley. ;-))
