This is a real thug - so beware if you decide to plant it in your garden!

I am not sending anybody any of this - it takes over the garden! And the leaves smell awful!

It doesn't look like you describe it. It looks so nice and friendly. I certainly don't want one anyway. I took your word for it to start with.

It looks very desireable to me!

It is good to have because:
1. It's pretty
2. It has a long flowering period
3. It flowers again in the autumn
It is not good to have because:
1. It spread like fury and is very difficult to remove
2. When it dies off in the winter, the long dead strands are AWFUL to pull out
3. The smell of the leaves is horrible!
4. Henry ate some when he was young...and was sick!

No idea, but I wouldn't - its too much of a thug! When I see it for sale in a GC I think it should have a health warning on the label!

Well done him - I am leaving it as it's well away from the house and does look pretty where it is. I do hate pulling out the old stems, though.
