My brother loves this and I always admire it when I visit but I don't fancy it here. I wouldn't be able to keep my eye on it.

I'm like Paul, I love it too. I planted a pot edging my pond and its has spread nicely.

Thanks Eileen, I've heard it spreads well. Mine seems to be picking up now, after the hot summer...the areas exposed did suffer but, I think it just went in to a sort of hibernation like our lawns did.

That's ok, Julia! We all like different things. It makes gardening more interesting.
I found it died off in areas during the hot summer and it didn't come back.
However, some has thrived on the rockery. I do keep it in check 😉
