I couldn't resist posting another African Tulip tree. LOL!
This is one of several trees planted at the Paradise Point Resort, Mission Bay, San Diego, CA. Photo taken Oct. 29, 2010.

What a sight! Beautiful, lush blooms on this tree...I don't ever recall seeing a tree like this.

So tropical...how lovely to see whole trees in bloom..can't wait til you post pics of the Jacarandas again!

Thanks! Yes, I really love African Tulip trees...as you recall I've posted several dozen in the past. lol!
The Jacarandas will not start to bloom until late March or early April. However, fall - early spring here in San Diego many tropical trees/shrubs/vines do bloom very well.
