I think you can always tell when someone has a dash of Stipa grass in thier garden that they are a person of integrity and aesthetic garden taste.
Your neighbour must be a decent person! anyway what are you doing in thier garden.

Thanks Lulu - it looked gorgeous in the morning sun:)
Stevie - well - I know some people who hate grasses - well - personal tastes vary, lol.
Well - my neighbour's garden is sort of like open garden for the public - no fence, didn't have to jump over the it or cut a hole in it, lol - just opened my front door, took few steps and there it was, lol.

oh, Stevie - it's so nice of you... you not happy with the lucky heather? what else would you like to get from her? tell me, so maybe if I'd spot her I could have a word with her? now I live in Wales, it could be possible to do that... what does she look like? does she drive horse drawn carriage? lol
and Homebird - well - I think Stevie might be the person who could grow stipa... I am hoping to get invitation for a cuppa and to see his famous container garden;-)
