My cauliflowers are infested with earwigs.What can I do please

The earwigs will not eat the flower on your cauliflowers though they may nibble on the leaves. What they will do is eat aphids, mites, fleas, and insect eggs. Personally I'd leave them along to do their job... but I try to see the good in every beastie even slugs.

It's that time of year this side of the pond, we make traps with small flower pots filled with straw inverted on top of canes. They are eating the petals of our Chrysanthemums and Dahlias.

Don't talk about dahlias and earwigs....the bane of my life...grrrrr.!!!!!!!

I often wonder if dahlias were created to keep earwigs happy - lol
