Strawberry babies?

Massachusetts, United States

I have a strawberry plant that has put out 4 or 5 baby like vines that come hanging down 2 or 3 times like babies off babies. Now my question is should I put each end of the vine in a separate pot to grow or can I snip these and start separate plants?

You can snip and set seperate plants..have snipped runners many times for new plants..good luck.

snip where there are no roots..sort of in the middle between babies..then plant the babies with their roots in nice alkaline soil..they do not like acid soil, I found that out the hard way..most planting compost you buy will do fine.
