Apple tree Charles Ross still around?

I need to replace a sixty year old Charles Ross apple tree. Does anyone know if it is still available and where I might get one? It is a dessert and a good cooker, so I really want another. Is it possible to graft a shoot onto a rootstock?

Still available and widely stocked. Grafting is possible, if you can get a rootstock to do it to.
