We pick all the green ones and wrap each one in a piece of newspaper in a box in a cool place. I examine them every couple of days and they ripen nicely, not too fast.

I hope for Sadie's they are yellow tomatoes I love them , but I think that they are red tomatoes on the turn, and if she strips the leaves and gives them all the air circulation she can they will ripen almost over night,

Put something very ripe at the base of the plants, like a ripe banana or a ripe tomato - they all produce ethylene, which helps unripe fruit to ripen. You might need, eventually, to pick the unripe ones and put them together in a box or something with ripe ones interspersed, in a warm spot. Don't let the ripe ones rot though, or they'll all go over! alternative is sunlight, so a sunny windowsill.
