I was actually wondering if there are any i can plant now as im out clearly the beds now the snow has gone,

Garden Centres have them in little pots - they tend to be expensive, but would flower well. Last year I bought some from Lidl's at a very good price. Read my blog on tracking down tulips - the actual bulbs were very difficult to find yesterday.

Do you mean for summer flowering? In about March you can plant Dutch Iris, Gladioli, Brodiaea, Ixia, Lilies, Begonias. Calla Lillies, and it's not too late for Alliums either. Some of these are not hardy and will need to be lifted for the winter, though.
