The best smelling tip here is to put the shoe on the other foot,
IE if you can smell it and these dogs are in closed or even open space they are not being looked after & they will suffer,
Ive 4 dogs and i can offer anyone any time to come and see "you wont smell them".
No plants will kill the smell's of dirty kennels,
if you could find a plant or bush etc the kennel owners would love to know about them, and what a lovely gift to your local RSPCA. such lovely smelling plants would be.
Do the dogs a favour and inform the RSPCA. they are much more in power than ever before to help these animals live a life worth living.
Maybe your neighbour needs a bit of education ref looking after these dogs?
Regards Dungy.

Some neighbours were evicted because of the disgusting dog poo smell and general mess of their garden (they were rental tenants and they only had one dog.

« Has anybody got any experience of bottle gardens? I "inherited" one with...
lavenders, rugrosa roses are 2 that come to mind. Have you tried talking to the neighbour about the problem. |They may genuinely not notice it? If you have and not had any 'luck' you could try the council. Cant remember which department you need though.
