can Wisteria Sinensis be grown in a pot

Yes, but a large pot (2 feet deep by 18 inches across minimum) and you will need to keep it well pruned. Much better results in the ground though.

I grew mine in a pot but after a few years it died, so I would say best grown in the ground.
