Not easily - these plants do sometimes revert to plain green, and usually, as soon as an all green shoot appears, it should be cut out at the base immediately - sounds as if yours has been allowed to develop plain green shoots which have been left to grow on - they are always more vigorous than the original variegated ones, and so end up taking over the bush. Inspect carefully to see if any variegated growth remains anywhere - if so, remove all green growth back to where it's coming from, leaving just the variegated, then keep an eye and remove plain green growth immediately it appears.

Thanks. I've inspected it already but can't find any signs of variegated growth. It's also growing very spindly, so I was thinking of cutting it right back and see if that does anything. If all else fails I'll just have to live with a totally green Laurel!

If you don't mind it being plain green, then fine, but if you're not keen, I'd cut it back and see what happens, specially if its a bit thin and spindly.
