Waiting for daffs to come up in tubs & ground. Golden King Alfreds have come out 1st. If say 10 are planted is it too optimistic for all 10 to flower first time? Think I'll have 9/10 so far. Heads are totally yellow

If the bulbs were properly cared for by the grower then you 'should' have flowers in all of them this year. Remember to let the foliage die back naturally and with the ones in tubs start watering with half strength liquid tomato feed once the flower begins to go over.
