please help

my tomato seeds in my propagator have started to sprout they are abot 1 inch but not all of them, should i leave them in till all seeds have come up or take them out now

Leave them a while yet Adam you may find some more sprout. Let them get a bit taller then pot them up........but keep them warm.

i wait until there are 4 true leaves before potting on individually into 3 or 4 inch pots. keep them warm or they'll go blue with the cold! It slows their growth for a little while but they dont come to any real harm.
I use the same principle for peppers too.
i tend to wait until march before setting my tomato seeds off but I am on the east yorkshire coast.

Leave them until they are about 2 inches (5cm) tall, then put them in there own small 4inch pot and keep them warm around 15deg.
