Hi Katieburns these are the seed heads

When they begin to split, there are often small black/brown seeds in them. Sow in ordinary compost and leave outside for the frost to get at them and they may germinate in Spring. I am currently nursing some babies from seed sown a few years back. Mind you do need patience, they take a few years to reach flowering size.

How do I say thanks?
