Yes you can, Peter, especially a dwarf variety like this. I have dwarf rhododendron "Dreamland" in a pot. just be sure to use ericaceous compost, and try to water with rainwater whenever you can (more acidic than tapwater). This is a great way to have ericaceous soil-loving plants when your garden soil is not suitable. Goog Luck with your Yaks!
