no flowers on my tomato plants

my tomatos plants have not got any flowers yet i planted from seed back in april and put them outside in may and although the leaves look healthy enough its only about 4in high i've got three plants in one long plant holder which are12 inch long the variety i got were cherry toms and plum toms

I would not worry yet, if you planted them from seed. The plants on sale are usually started a lot earlier than that in heated greenhouses and everything had a slow start this year.
