Happy New Year everyone!

Thank you Rose,and yes,we had a lovely Christmas with our Daughter and Grandsons,who are in our 'Social Bubble',so not much different from any other year,except that we couldn't go out for a meal together on Boxing day together,which was no problem.I hope you and Rick did too.

All we can do this year,is to stay positive,and look forward. Keep posting happy Photos ,Rose..I love this one ! Lol.xxx

Thanks Sandra! We had a surprise visit from my son and daughter in law who we haven't seen since March with living on the outskirts of Leicester. To be sure we were safe, they sat outside the conservatory and we were inside. But what a wonderful surprise! xx

We had a simplified day, OH’s mum was with us for Christmas Day, but we couldn’t see his brother and nieces etc. Plus, his sister usually drives up from Devon on Boxing Day for a few days. No Hogmanay either with my family in Scotland..🙁
Missing lunches and dinners out with friends too over the festive season. Saying that, it’s all hopefully helping towards keeping this virus at bay or at least helping not to have it spread like crazy. Saying that horse and stable door come to mind...

what a lovely surprise to see you family. I am desperate to see my eldest brother but he is in a tier 4 area and whilst I can be his bubble mate he doesn't want me to risk bringing the new variant back here. He must be one of the few not on the internet.

Happy New Year to you Rose, and to everyone! We missed seeing our son at Christmas - its all very frustrating but all things end eventually.

A happy new year Rose and I do hope that it doesn't let us down and really will be better than the last one!!!
