This is a short blog as I only have 3 to mention. But I do want a lot more :o)
A close up of Shelia Ann germany
Shelia Ann Germany
and Lady Beatrix Stanley.
Katherine Hodgkin in a pot, they were an ‘important birthday’ present from a keen gardener friend and former colleague.
A recent purchase of more Katherine Hodgkin to go in the corners of the revamped conifer bed.

they are very addictive Melchisedec but such good doers and fully hardy. they survived the winters of 2010-11 and 2011-12. both bitterly cold.

I can see I shall be trying some for myself. I love pots, and these are so attractive.

some sources put George as an I. histrioides and the RHS are as clear as mud on this. One source says it is a hybrid between the 2.
either way they are lovely.
