Burton Agnes Plant Fair

Burton Agnes Hall is a beautiful Elizabethan house in the East Riding of Yorkshire. Located in the pretty village of Burton Agnes between the towns of Driffield and Bridlington. Every year it hosts a plant fair, this year it will be on the 6th and 7th of June.
There are always lots of commercial plant stalls as well as lectures in the tent.
The entrance fee gives you access to all the plant stalls as well as the beautiful grounds. The walled garden was stunning last year and I suspect it will be as good again this year. The restaurant is very popular too.
The local branch of the HPS will also have a stand, with literature regarding the visiting speakers and garden visits. In addition, members will have plants for sale and you can be certain to find some more unusual plants in the mix. Several of us will be there.
If in the area come and say hello [I am on the stall on both days] and you might just find that plant for that spot.

Sound just my sort of event - but too far! Shame. Hope it goes well.
