Oh dear more plants!

Well the door bell went this morning and when i opened the door the postlady was laughing as she held out a pile (yes a pile) of plants from Suttons, ‘i shall have to come and see this garden of yours’ she said, oh crumbs i said what have i got now!!
Turned out to be some million bells (i knew i’d ordered some!) and 2 sets of basket collections and 3 chocolate cosmos. There was also a padded envelope with a barbie dress in for my grandaughters doll.
The basket collections included:- Impatients Musica Pearl, Anagallis skylover blue, Scaevola diamond, surfina sky blue, and a Fuchsia Carmel Blue, this if you haven’t guessed is the blue basket/patio pot collection
the other one is a basket/patio yellow collection with a note apologising that due to production problems they were unable to supply the full collection as offered so had supplied a substitute and sent their apologies!
the yellow collection includes – Impatients spellbound white, Bidens pirates treasure (great name!) million bells trailing ice, marguerite butterfly, surfinia victorian yellow.
So this afternoon have been busy potting them up into tubs and baskets
Then i notice the black eyed susan had a flower open, think the weather needs to warm up a bit more for it, they like it a bit warmer than this!
There are some lovely Aqueligias this year self set ones this one is the white one, quite large flowers too.
The forecast isn’t good though, more rain (although we need it) seems like the wind will die down tomorrow, oh i hope so!
Happy gardening

You make me laugh Sk and I love your surprises when you get something you,d forgotten about, with all these plants your garden is going to be so colourful, good pics especially the Aquelligia, mine have all reverted to blue this year so going to get some new ones, still hardly any rain here although pleased to say the wind has dropped so even on a grey day its pleasant to work in.Good luck with your planting....

My Aquelligia as disappeared this year had about 3-4 last year but no sign of them this year, never mind excuse to buy some differant colour this year, as mine where all blue. Your new plants have some good roots on them.

This is the best year i've had for Aqueligias, last year they were pathetic!! maybe take a few years to establish, the others are purple and quite tall this year, i have one or two i bought last year hoping for different flowers they are in bud at the moment.
