Thank you all you people that wished me luck with my move, Its my birthday today and I’m going over to my daughters for a BBQ weather permitting weve been told our contracts will be exchanged next week hopefully wich would be the best birthday present I could have just want it all over. Have told my family I would like things for my garden for my birthday, Ive only got a small garden in my new bungalow but Ive been watching Titchmarsh for ideas for a small garden and I loved Fridays one which was a fantasy garden I thought it was lovely I love anything to do with Fairies Elves etc: so I’m looking forward to setting up and planning a new garden thank you again for your good wishes byee for now Sheil

Happy birthday and very best wishes for your move. I liked that garden too, seeing the plan was helpful. I liked those little glass coloured globes.

All the best Sheila. I hope everything goes as planned with your new house. I do not know about the existing regulations but when we moved house 22 years ago it was a real nightmare. It took us two years to complete with Buyers either refusing to exchange contracts unless we reduced the price the very last moment, or others not being able to get a mortgage. One seller also withdrew the house from the market without us knowing anything about it for many months.
