Well was that it I blinked an it was gone is summer over what do you think my garden is looking a bit jaded I went to France and when I came back I think my new magnolia and a choiyser has keeled over my daughter Jewels said leave them in till next year but they look dead to me still I’ll leave them in for now at least what a shame they would have looked so nice well hope we see a bit more sunshine enjoy your gardens while it last folks byee-:

We've not had any summer in the northwest at all, as for now its pouring down, keep getting sunshine inbetween th esun shining but its not very warm either :(

You can take our summer. 106 degrees several weeks ago and now steadily remaining in the 90s with NO rain whatsoever. My garden is basically done for the summer because it's just drying up no matter how much I water.

Its cooler here in lincs and keeps threatening to rain today in between bright sunshine, I would like a drop of rain during the night though as my waterbutts are getting low again, just don`t want it to do what it did before, I do like having summer.
