All in front garden
This one of my own Bearded Iris variety crosses, heavily scented, Stepping Out one of the parents.
This Prince Charming
This one Celebration Song
These Spirit World
The moth has gone. Asphodeline lutea flowering behind, and to the right an intermediate, Broadway Baby.
Areas of the semi circular border in front of the lounge window
The “Black” Iris dont really show up, althought I put tall white flowering Alliums behind them.
Part of the border in front of a bedroom. The Gladiolus byzantinus are just coming into flower too.
Didnt go to the allotment today, nor tomorrow so thats it.

scent is often overlooked isn't it.
all looking lovely. Only one of mine is showing any signs of buds. Hope they are just being tardy.

Gorgeous colours, Sue. I do like the mix, however, in your last pic.

The blue coloured Irises seem to have the strongest scent,
but there are different variations and strengths of scent. Some have no perfume.
A fortnight ago there was scarcely a bud to be seen.
