Flame tree,Jacaranda and Mountain palms..

The red flames and the blue Jacaranda are getting closer and closer to large tree’s in bloom at the same time. Flame tree’s bloom best large and old..so every year it gets better here on Alvorado blvd.

The flame trees are lovely but jacaranda does it for me every time...

Not very long,but with the Jacaranda Thorney and Ster,each planting seems to have a slight different flowering period..some tree's around here started in early May and as you can see others are still going in mid July.

That's good - couldn't have planned it better. wonder if they are different varieties.

Different clones. They have been most used in soucal for a century. So,growers take from cuttings from the thousands imported long ago,and still again pick for bluest,and some just use any..its all a mix.
