Glad to say the pond is maturing nicely,

This is going back to 2021 …
Since then little boy statue and more planting has been added, and I am pleased that the Hostas moved from other parts of the garden have settled in and gone quite mad.
Just waiting for the water lillies to open and then I shall feel pretty satisfied.
Over to the left of the pond is `Rosa tottering by gently `and lupins and the latest rose purchase `Morning Mist` which is a single rose …
I`m sure that this will get better especially as the new fencing goes up and shows it off.
The rest of the garden stays much the same, which is more than I can say for myself but at least hubby and myself are sitting out and enjoying the view.
Please forgive me if I don`t comment on all of your blogs but I do take pleasure in reading them all but my arthritis in my hands limits the amount of time typing.

Phyl, you must both be thrilled with how the pond and planting around it has developed. It's a lovely area. I have always thought how well you have designed it. Shame about the Arthritis, you carry on looking in on GoY, we know you're there ... :o)

What a pretty garden. The pond looks so natural with the Hostas around. Sorry to hear of your arthritis, some people get lumbered with it & others escape it. The luck of the draw I suppose. Anyway we will be thinking of you & sending our wishes. It doesn’t matter if people don’t always respond.

Your pond is looking really good with lovely plants all around. Your little statue really adds to it. The rest of your garden looks very pretty.
You must be so pleased with it as you sit in that lovely spot.
