Kittens

It’s yet another 40 mph wind day out there and to be honest there are not a lot of flowers out yet in the garden nor jobs to do when it is chilly for both the compost and the gardener!
So, over the last few weeks we’ve been sorting out over 40 years of photos. Taking them out of albums and scanning them onto computer. It’s taken a while but has been fun.
I have some of early garden days which I shall do soon, and these ones of our furry friends from those years.
This one was 1984 – televisions were small in those days – snooker was the preferred programme for this one, he would run around the back of the tv to try and find the ball……
By 1985! We’d fed him well obviously!
These two arrived in 1998
About a year later.
These ones have been with us from 2012 (the tree was plastic and lying on the floor – they weren’t that clever!)
And are still with us!

We're keeping the originals for sure, don't worry about that, though I'm hoping the weather improves so I don't have time to write on the backs of them all!
It has been a fun experience though!

Super photos, lovely to look back on. So now you have been good and scanned them all onto the computer, what are you going to do with the originals? Don't forget that photos of people need names on them, we have lots of ancient photos that we know are the family, but who? One or possibly two generations know who these people are, after that no-one can name them! We even have photos of cats that weren't ours and just came into the house to visit, can I bear to throw them out... Umm, perhaps.
