A Pleasant reminder.

The darker nights are fast drawing in. Although there are still many hours of work to do in the garden, i find myself looking back over the past year.

This is my first year with G O Y. I would just like to take this moment to thank everyone on the site for all your help, pictures and some fantastic blogs over the past year.

I have just looked on my homepage and it made me smile on a gloomy monday! It has really brightened up my day.

For me personally this year the garden has been quite good, although the weather at times has been challangeing. We lost some plants after that hard winter, the veg plot was not quite as prosperous as previous years and at times watering became a real chore! I keep thinking it’s time to put the mower away for winter but the grass keeps growing! Would we have it any other way?

Once again, thanks to everyone, can’t wait till spring!!!!

I agree with you Tiger GoY is a fascinating site. I have learnt a lot in the 16 months I have been on GoY. The Blogs people put up are so interesting, especially the trips out to gardens, and people's open days too. Some blogs have the ability to take you on a visit. The questions too are entertaining and interesting. Recipes and funny goings on in the garden as well mostly to do with animals. I echo your thanks too.

I like this blog!!!!!!! its good to see someone showing appreciation, I also enjoy reading the blogs and enjoying all the photo`s ,I`ve learnt a lot, seen places I`ve never been able to visit, shed a few tears and had many a laugh along the way....
