Greenhouse Shelves.

Today I went to buy an extra shelf for my greenhouse and came back with 1 Dahlia ‘Fire and Ice’, 5 Lillium L.A. Eyeliner, 6 red Lillium’s that grow to 6ft. A White Hellebore reduced to 50p and a small pot of Fritillaria uva-vulpis.
Oh I also bought two fold up shelves.
I need the shelves as I never have enough space, especially at the moment with pots of Dahlias, Lillies and home grown baby plants everywhere.
It’s just typical I can’t go to a garden centre with out bringing back the only thing I actually need, I always see something different that I know I’ve got a space for.
I have to go back tomorrow to get some more multi-purpose compost. Best I take the correct amount of money.

Good idea not to bring plastic David. It is so hard to resist when you are surrounded by things that you can not get enough of. So the plastic always stays home. But then...
seeing that the nursery is only five minutes away from home, I have been known to go right back with some cash :)

Ah yes, Mike, have been known to do that too! But, I now weigh up the cost in gas (petrol here) and, in turn, to CO2 emmisions, so now I don't do that (a wee halo currently floats above my head somewhere, LOL!)

I really, really do try by making a list of what I need before I go - but - but - but I see a plant that is a 'must-have' and of course I buy it! Glad you remembered your shelves too, Trees!
