Free lavender plants

My free* lavender plants from Gardeners’ World arrived this morning.
Now I wasn’t expecting huge plants for around £1 each, especially as these were being supplied by T&M who are not known for low cost (though they have some exceedingly good offers through Gardeners’ World)
So what did I get? Well, the plants are very nicely packed, and I was assailed by the scent of lavender as I opened the packaging.
And there they were – 30 of the tiniest little plug plants that you could ever imagine. Those pots are less than an inch high! I’m almost scared of handling them!
Now I need to get some little pots to pot them up.
- the offer was 30 FREE* Lavender plants + garden snips – worth £34.95, just pay postage £5.65

I thought of using coir pots to start off with. They are very healthy and filling my kitchen with scent in spite of being tiny.

I used to get the tiny plug plants of impatiens before the disease, tedious potting on about 100,
I wouldn't use too small a pot ,maybe 5cm?......I'm not very metricated!
I somehow wonder if they'll grow enough this summer to go in the garden, hope so for you
