TESCO!

I was in Tesco at about 9.30 on Monday night~I know you poor thing as my friend at work said!~It was very quiet !~Saw this woman with a trolley full of gorgeous cut flowers and when I went round to see what was going on there was this guy marking everything down from the weekend and there was this gorgeous bouquet of Stargazer lilies~never seen so many flower heads and still more to open
Moral ~Monday evenings for good deals on fresh flowers!

Lovely lilies Arlene. Unfortunately I can't have these as Jean can't stand their strong scent. I think their scent is wonderful.

Lovely Arlene, Happy Easter! These are my favourite flower but be careful if you have cats as they are poisonous to them.

~didn't know that Potty gardener~I know last year Harvey my dog was chewing the stems of my lilies growing outside and I had to wrap them up to stop him!

I only found out a couple of weeks ago Arlene, as my sister had a vase of lilies and a very playful cat! My daughter was the one who told us, any part of a lily apparently.
