Took out the pond….
Put in a liner for the bog garden…
Put all the bog plants back in, added the bamboos ready for the jungle garden.
In the meantime the bananas are growing in the garden room, a palm and ginger lilies are on order, all for next years planting.
Unfortunately large conifer to left of picture will have to go, we have a ginko which might take its place!!

Ginko is lovely. I had one in my previous garden. I have some cuttings from it here.

Amble and Lincs thanks, Hywel my husband has made the Ginko into a standard, unfortunately it is in our rose border right near the path with the roots up against the paving.......might just be a problem!

That doesn't seem the best place to put it.

No Hywel, my fault the Ginko was in the flower bed and someone cut it down( over zealous pruning) accidently, it was 5 years old as well, so left the root where it was, and stuck the top in the rose border where we put most of our cuttings.....not expecting it to grow, and guess what it did, it is now 4 ft high, so husband made it a standard as it was getting too big!! the roots are under the path lol
Grindle thanks, with all this rain the bog garden will be taking off!!

Thanks Donnah, have taken out the conifer and changed some of the plants around, I think my plants get fed up with me constantly moving them,( I can almost feel their fear) lol
