Carpet Tiles-Mud

Oh that's a good idea. I'm going to try and get some to put in the shelter by my back door :o) They'll save my kitchen floor ! Thank you for the idea :o)

Thats a brilliant idea and one I tried myself, unfortunately Brynner thought they belonged in the same category as doormats and Morgans bedding and used them as toys, they didn't last long at all, I was just relieved that I hadn't actually paid for them as they were spares given to me....

You can scrub them outside on a dry day (if we ever have one again) and rinse them by throwing a bowl of water over them. Then lean them up against the wall on the South side to drain and dry. (Being a true Yorkshire woman I can't bear throwing things away if they have any life left in them...)

Hywel - glad you liked my idea. Especially with this incessant rain. Was watching the news and was horrified to find people are still flooded and have been since Christmas! Puts it into perpective when we complain about getting a little mud into our house!

I've used them for years for doormats, and for various parts of my dogs' tricks routines.
