So glad to know you are still finding time for your garden! The difference is staggering. You have so much more space and you haven't last anything. I'm a great fan of keeping shrubs under control. You need to hack them into submission every now and then! brilliant pics....the third one down is stunning!

Thank you ladies. Karen the shrubs down that side have already started their come back and the Solanum is rampant. I hacked it down to the ground and found a tree underneath in March, Come July it was back in full flower! Having the shredder is a brilliant help :o)

I admired your garden Annella it is such a pretty space, and you have made it a joy to look at. I love your seat corner, and the use of the mirrors in the garden works so well. I would love to walk round it, I think when you first moved there you were right to have the house with the split level, it adds so much interest to a garden well done you for having the foresight.

It looks a treat Annella, a good chop back works wonders in the garden, gives everything else a lift as well as the ones you actually cut back.....

Hmm...I need a shredder...or I will in a couple of years! :)

Thank you ladies & Steve (never just a mere man!), it has been easier to look after since the spring chop so worth the effort. The shredder enticed a lot of male helpers into the garden that would not normally be there :o)
