As i have said many times i have lived in this house for many years and planted this wisteria around the mid 1970s never thought it would grow like this First two pictures where it starts coming out of the ground then it goes up and over into to neighbouring gardens they don’t complain,!
Looks almost Prehistoric
On up
Now over the fence whats left of it in to my neighbours garden
still trespassing. lol
Now back into my garden
My garden
Now this what we see from our back door
It has grown up from the lower garden and is dropping down over the Hawthorn into another adjoining property to complicated to explain further
At its best today hope you enjoy.PS the first flowers opened on the Pink Wisteria today

That's just gorgeous! As Grandmage says, the perfume must be intoxicating! It looks pretty intoxicating as well, the trunk is like a giant bonsai, and the acres of flowers are just magnificent!

I think you should start charging the neighbours!

Do your neighbours prune their bits? or do you have to go round there?

Wagger don't start me off, the part that goes over the fence no problem, the house where it goes over the hawthorn is another matter, all I will say is that the guy runs? a nursery, and his garden is a tip.I will say no more.

Hchristy, I would say if you are on a tight budget, spend your money on something that will flower in less than 10 years!! I've had mine both for five and not a sign of a flower on either of them! One day.....sigh! Bjs, this is stunning....like everyone else, I can just imagine the scent!

i think i'll wait till its my birthday to get one i tend to ask for plants that cost more than i would usually pay. but i have a long time to wait lol as its in april.

Ooooops!!!!!

That's a good idea Hchristy. I noticed today that my small one that I have in a pot was £12.99 which is not too bad I guess, but I wonder how old it will be before it flowers!!
