Deer in the garden

Wow! How cool is that Donnah - how did it get into your garden?

Very cute the first time around, but not something you want to experience on a regular basis, especially if you value your prized plants.

Wow what brill shots of him, he looks lovely, mind you sorry about your plants he as eaten.

Great photos Donna. Very cute. He is so small. Is this an adult? He is quite different looking to the deer we have here.
I agree with Louise though.....If you have roses, he'll eat all your buds in the spring. :o)

Is that a Muntjac? It looks different to the ones we get in the woods around here. I'd love to see one - but NOT in the garden, as I think they eat most plants, don't they? Not just pansies.....

The forest is at the top of my garden he must off come from there. He was lovely to watch and see Did not enjoy him/ her eating my plants Never mind

how lovely, last february i looked out of the kitchen window to see a muntjac deer staring back at me! it was there for ages ~ enough to have its photo taken anyway ~ about 3 feet from the window! i will try to post a photo.
