Maddening about your camera Eirlys, we learnt our lesson many years ago and always buy a second battery and a car charger for emergencies, as Hywel said you have an excuse to go again......

this is a common tree along the old road in my village. they are beautiful aren't they.

Oddly enough I don't think I've ever seen one "in the flesh". they are beautiful.

I sympathise, Eirlys; we've all had one of those days where nothing goes right. I usually give up and let the day bring things to me instead.

That's a pretty pic you took there, Eirlys ... I'm always having to remind myself to charge up my camera battery... very easy to forget... good luck next time ...

Whilst de-cluttering I came across one of Other Half's 2015 stocking gifts It's a charger and torch still in its box!

I have charged it and hope that next time my camera loses its charge I can use this charger. Well that's the cunning plan but whether it will work remains to be seen.

Lot of " chargers" there. :O)

They do sell solar lithium battery chargers which allows you to recharge the camera in the car or wherever.
