Feliz Navidad - Happy Christmas Everybody!

Just a very quick note to wish everybody a very Happy Christmas :-)
It’s Christmas Morning (so peaceful without any children about) The sky is clear blue, quite cool but should warm up in time for Lunch. Afterwards we shall take our (now) traditional walk along the beach, usually there are a few brave (?) souls who will have a swim about 3.00! Whilst we watch and marvel. I have been watching the UK weather and thinking of you guys and the wildlife too. Snow is very pretty to look at, but oh the disruption it causes every year. My only casualty plant-wise this year has been 1 of my Hibiscus, which after 24 hours of continuos rain curled up its leaves and died. Its twin (a different variety) in an identical pot survived and has a single bloom out this morning!

Many thanks everybody - we had a great day. Does anybody know about Hibiscus? I will cut the 'demised' one down to soil level in the hope it may shoot, but I can't find any advice anywhere :-)

hope your Hibiscus survives...... i have quite a few in pots, which all seem to be ok at the moment......all with little buds ready to bloom next summer....
