was talking in another post about roses and how they don’t seem to have scent these days. remembered I had a list of fragrant roses, and just found it, if it’s of use.
Ten Most Fragrant Roses:
American Rose Society List – (alphabetical order)
1. Aida – Medium Red
2. Captain Harry Stebbings – Deep Pink
3. Dublin – Medium Red
4. Folklore – Orange Blend
5. Fragrant Cloud – Orange Red
6. Limelight – Light Yellow
7. Miss All-American Beauty – Deep Pink
8. Mr. Lincoln – Dark Red
9. Royal Highness – Light Pink
10. Tiffany – Pink Blend
anyone got any more to add? I’m particularly interested in mini or at least smaller plants

As far as I know Fragrant Cloud is the number one. At least it was until recently. I have quite a few scented roses and a climbing rose called Etoile de Hollande is very fragrant.

Gertrude Jekyll. Not small but oh so fragrant. In fact I would include all of the Austin roses that I have in my garden: Brother Cadfael, Teasing Georgia, Crocus Rose, Crown Princess Marguerita, Summer Song and Charlotte.

A lovely climber called Compassion, Fran. I cut mine back each year so it doesn't go mad and the delicious scent is not out of reach :)
I also have a scented mini pink climber but no idea of it's name I'm afraid.
