I used to say that too. I only had this one because my father died and no one else wanted it. They all twisted my arm so I gave in. I'm glad now :o)

Welcome back FF, and yes don't know what i would do without my PC, still i could always go to my parents home and use theirs if i got really desperate! lol touch wood won't have to find out! lol

We had a storm yesterday morning which, as always, knocked off the electricity a couple of times and left the PC in a state of nervousness. We were without it for only a couple of hours but .... Oh! The Anguish!!!!!! Welcome back FF.

I know the feeling FF, I was without for 12 days. Only got back on-line on Saturday. Catching up? LOL still trying to! When my Son lived at home I used to moan about how much time he spent on his computer. He had a good laugh at me complaining because I couldn't get online! I work for him 2 days a week and used his computer at lunchtime to have a quick browse on GOY, but Son or not, he does pay me to work so I couldn't spend my usual amount of time on here!

Nice to see i.m not the only one thats totaly lost when the computer goes down, however did we manage before them

Perhaps we have just all changed our life-styles/habits/interests?

My daughters say I am unbearable if I'm without a computer for any length of time. I use it all the time for so many things so I can sympathise with your pacing and wringing of hands!
