These Aloe thraskii are more than 25ft/7.6m tall and blooming. Photo taken at the Bahia Hotel Resort, Mission Bay, San Diego, CA. on a warm Christmas Day.

Sure you can have some of the blue sky and very warm temps. Today it's going to be around 85ºF/29ºC. in inland San Diego. It's incredible!

This is one of my favorite flowering tall Aloe species. Of course, Aloe barberae (syn. Aloe bainesii) is the tallest growing species here. It can grow to more than 50ft/16m tall.
