Thanks TT. I love it. It took a time to get going 2-3 years and to get this look it needs supporting with tree ties attached to a stake or the fence as it falls too far forward and breaks easily as it is brittle. So I support it as it grows or it breaks when I then try to move it back and up. But it does regrow quite quickly.

There are other shrubs which seem to need that extra support because they fall too far forward... I have to tie back some rosemary bushes, and also jasmine, but it is worth the effort, because, as you say with your weeping butterfly bush, the end result is very pretty with cascading branches.

Youre right Amy it needs a lot of room. But it responds well to pruning.
